Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 November 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses SLC Meet: the website meet.sentrylinkcomply.com and the SLC Meet apps for Android and iPhone. By signing in or using SLC Meet, you agree to these terms. If your organisation has a separate written agreement with SentryLink Comply, that agreement applies where it differs from these terms.
About SLC Meet
SLC Meet is provided by SentryLink Comply ("we", "us"). Your account is provided through your company or association (your "organisation"). "You" means you as a person using SLC Meet, and also your organisation.
Your organisation’s data
Your organisation owns the information it puts into SLC Meet and is responsible for it, including having the right to share it with us.
By using SLC Meet, your organisation gives SentryLink Comply a standing permission, without needing to ask each time, to store, copy, back up, restore, process, analyse and access that information as needed to provide, operate, support, troubleshoot, maintain, secure and improve SLC Meet, to create anonymised statistics that do not identify any organisation or person, and to comply with the law. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Using SLC Meet
- You may use SLC Meet only for your own organisation’s work.
- You must keep your sign-in details private. You must not share your login or let anyone outside your organisation use your account.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for the information you put into SLC Meet.
- You must use SLC Meet lawfully, and must not upload anything harmful, unlawful, or that you do not have the right to share.
What you must not do
You must not, and must not help anyone else to:
- Copy, resell, rent or lend SLC Meet, or offer it to anyone else.
- Reverse-engineer SLC Meet, try to get its source code, or build a similar product from it.
- Use SLC Meet for any purpose other than your organisation’s work.
- Try to get around its security, reach other organisations’ information, or disrupt the service.
- Use automated tools to collect information from SLC Meet without our written permission.
Confidentiality
SLC Meet’s non-public information, including its screens, features, documents, designs and pricing, is confidential. You must not share it with anyone outside your organisation, including competitors of SentryLink Comply, without our written permission.
Who owns SLC Meet
SLC Meet, including its software, design, name, logo and the content we create, belongs to SentryLink Comply. These terms let you use SLC Meet; they do not give you ownership of it or of anything in it except your organisation’s own information.
AI answers and drafts
SLC Meet may use automated tools and AI to answer questions, explain information and draft minutes, decisions and action items. These answers and drafts may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important information against the original record before relying on it. Your organisation is responsible for reviewing and approving its minutes, decisions and actions, and for any decision it makes using them.
Recording
Your organisation decides whether and when meetings are recorded or transcribed, and is responsible for telling participants and getting any consent the law requires.
Service provided "as is"
SLC Meet is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any information in it is accurate or complete. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
Limit of our responsibility
SLC Meet is a tool to help your organisation run its meetings and follow-up work. Your organisation remains responsible for its own decisions, records and actions.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SentryLink Comply is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from using SLC Meet or from being unable to use it, including any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, business, data or reputation.
If you or your organisation break these terms, you are responsible for any loss this causes to SentryLink Comply.
Suspending or closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account, or limit access to SLC Meet, if we believe these terms have been broken, if it is needed to protect SLC Meet or its users, or if your organisation’s use of SLC Meet ends.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use SLC Meet after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute about SLC Meet or these terms will be dealt with by the courts of Bangladesh.
